Richard “Rich” Frogge is an Executive Advisor to Cooley Enterprises, LLC.  Rich brings CE a wealth of experiences from a variety of organizations, which includes Kinder Morgan, Occidental Petroleum, Siemens AG, FMC Technologies and Radix Engineering & Software.  

Rich’s experiences includes managing multibillion energy construction projects, operating engineer and manager for sizable energy assets, a leader in corporate procurement and contracts, international BD as a Corporate Account Manager for Siemens AG for a Supermajor, Leading multibillion energy projects, M&A activities with Siemens AG, BD leadership within a VC startup technology company and then selling that company, Executive BD for an International Subsea Infrastructure Leader and one of the Executive Officers for a Digital Engineering Company that offers Digital Transformation Consulting and the Execution of their Strategic Roadmaps. Rich is considered as a Leader who leverages technological advancements to differentiate his business activities and deliver value for his customers and partners.      

Rich has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri Columbia; a BS in Business Administration from the University of NY at Albany, an MBA in Economics/Strategy from West Texas A&M, a MS in Finance from the University of Dallas, and he joined the University of Texas at Dallas PhD Program in International HR.  Rich also holds an International Marketing Certificate from SMU.
